Hardware Infrastructure
Our offices are equipped with 50 state-of-the-art Windows and Mac OS workstations running Windows 98/2000/XP and Mac OS 8.x, 9.x and Mac OS X. All workstations and peripherals are connected through an Ethernet 100/1000 kbaud LAN and have constant access to the Internet. There are 5 dedicated servers for: Files, Emails, Trados TMs, Faxes and Back-Ups.

Conference Room
Our conference room is equipped with a DLP NEC projector, a Dell multimedia workstation and a 120-inch projection screen. It is mainly used for meetings and in-service staff training.

Telecommunications
There are several voice, fax-in/fax-out ISDN lines, a 16x64-line digital telephone exchange system and two ADSL lines for e-mail upload/download and ftp access.

Back Ups and Security
There is a back-up server for mirror and hourly back-ups of all main server activities. On top of these, there are weekly back-ups on DVDs and back-up HDs.
Our premises are protected 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by a sophisticated monitoring/alarm system connected to a police-approved security centre.
