Our offices are equipped with 50 state-of-the-art Windows (Dell) and Mac OS workstations running Windows XP/7 and Mac OS 9.x and 10.x.

All workstations and peripherals are connected through an Ethernet 1-Gbit LAN and have constant broadband access to the Internet (3 x 24 Mbit).

There are 5 Dell servers for: File Sharing, Mail Server, DNS, FTP, Trados/SDLX TMs, FileMaker DBMS, Faxes and Back-Ups.

Our Conference/Training room is equipped with a DLP NEC projector, a Dell multimedia workstation and a 120-inch projection screen. It is mainly used for meetings and in-house staff training.

All workstations (where possible), as well as being equipped with the MS Office Suite, are also equipped with the latest versions of the following applications:

We have 6 dedicated voice lines, 1 fax-in line, 1 fax-out line, a 16x100 Avaya IP500 Office VoIP exchange system and three 24-Mbit ADSL lines for e-mail, internet and FTP access.

We have a 10TB RAID-configured file server connected to a back-up NAS server for additional daily back-ups of all server activities. We also have a second 10TB RAID-configured mail server (including DNS/FTP). Our premises are protected 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by a sophisticated surveillance/alarm system, incorporating 12 IP cameras, connected to a police-approved security centre.
